When i spoke to Depa on the phone she suggested that i put some light into the scene. The image looks much more effective now.The owl basically portrays us humans who have been living in the dark, or have been through a dark patch. It also shows the owl in the dark because it is deciding whether to follow God and come towards the light. The lady is a liberian who has found the light at her lowest point. She also represents hope and joy. I tried to not be to cliche, but instead to use subtle imagery.
